At the bottom of the menu pane there is a drop down menu labeled Account Actions. Click on the Menu icon in the upper right hand corner and navigate to Options -> Account Settings. Microsoft allows you to link accounts for Outlook, Office 365, Google, Yahoo, and iCloud.
In Windows 10 or 11, go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts. You can also directly navigate to the “ ” tab by swiping. “Menu” button at the bottom-right and select the “ ” option. Then tap on the button that says ‘Google Account’ or ‘Manage Your Google Account’.
